stained glass commentary...

so for those of you wondering (all none of you) why i have the stained glass pics...

I wanted to add a picture to each entry in my new series, "okay so let's be honest...", so that people would be able to know immediately when an entry was a new one in the series... since all the titles will be similar, the pictures are to help differentiate...

I went with stained glass images because there is something kind of ancient and beautiful about it... i don't know... i think it represents the general idea of this series being a mosaic/montage... the idea of something that is broken being used to create something beautiful is kind of amazing... it's kind of what Jesus is all about...

as info... I am totally against churches spending millions of dollars on stained glass... there are countless of other uses for that kind of money... however as an art, I think it's pretty amazing...
