i don't read bulletins. they are kind of a joke, and most everyone knows. at least the cool kids do. every once in a while i might skim through one. but for the most part they are a pretty useless way to project "spam" to your friends. bulletins are supposed to be for urgent matters. not to tell all your friends in a survey that your favorite color is blue and you have never been skydiving. that is not urgent. for those of you who have done this recently, i forgive you. we've all made poor choices in our lives.
together, let's band together to abolish the incorrect usage of bulletins.
