I wanna fall back in love with God.
I don’t have this whole love thing figured out.
But as Nate Ruess says...
"I love love. I love being in love. I don't care what it does to me."
I don’t know about you but sometimes when my tv, my ipod & my computer are all off...
And when I’m not trying to occupy my mind with something...
And i'm completely alone...
I feel like there is something missing.
I feel like some dark shadow has crept into my soul and has taken over who I am.
It’s crazy how busy we make ourselves...
We have things like T.V., movies, books, sports, video games, music.
These are things that are meant to take us out of the "here and now".
The whole entertainment industry has the main goal of distracting us from everyday life.
Somewhere along the way we have lost sight of what’s really going on in the core of our being.
I am not saying that these things are all bad.
However, I am saying that when these things consume the majority of our free time... it is bad...
When all we do is exist outside of the "here and now" we cease to REALLY exist at all.
These things consume us.
We are all alive, technically speaking... but we’re just kinda dead inside.
When was the last time you felt free to be whatever you wanted to be?
When was the last time you didn't feel chained to obligations?
When was the last time you didn’t care about what others thought?
When was the last time you felt alive?

by the way where did you get the killer new look for the blog?
i just did a google search for "blogger templates" or "blogspot templates" and browsed until i found one that wasn't lame...
i think there is a link @ the bottom of my front page to the specific place where i got this one...
