Late Night with???

So big things are happening in the realm of late night network television...

Jay Leno is going to prime time...

Conan O'Brien is moving to the Tonight Show and bringing back sidekick Andy Richter!!!

Jimmy Fallon will soon be taking Conan's spot @ Late Night (with house band, the Roots!!!)

so... why does this matter? I don't go to bed until late. So I watch late night talk shows. I used to watch Conan... But I eventually grew tired of the same jokes getting played out for weeks at a time. He's funny... but he tells the same jokes a thousand times. Now I primarily watch Jimmy Kimmel Live with Conan as a back up in case of a rerun.

I have my issues with cable based late night shows... I used watch "The New Tom Green Show" but it was cancelled! I also watched the brilliant and short lived "Late World with Zach" starring Zach Galifianakis... cancelled! I even caught the Michael Essany Show based out of Valparaiso, Indiana... cancelled! So I generally steer away from cable networks when it comes to late night... I haven't watched a solid episode of the Daily Show since it was hosted by Craig Kilborn in 1998. wow... 10 years ago... And who is this Colbert guy anyway?
