so my brother, davy, and I started talking about the accidental misusage of auto-responses... it started this whole epidemic in my family to where we think it's hilarious when one happens... i got 2 phone calls today, telling me of new scenarios... i know you are probably confused, so here are a few ideas so you know what I mean...
your friend says, "hey what's up?"
you reply, "good. you?"
were you even listening to the question? did you even mean what you said? you totally make no sense...
my brother, davy, opened a door for a guy, and the guy said "thank you"
and my brother replied "no, thank YOU". my brother thanked the guy for walking through a door. that doesn't even make sense.
probably the most awkward one i've done is this (and i've done it more than once)
you go to the movies and the ticket person says "enjoy the movie"
and you say "you too". even though you totally know they are not gonna watch the movie, it just kinda slips out...
if you have any funny instances like this, feel free to post them here, because quite frankly, right now they are the funniest things in the world to me...
