If you really want Indiana to return to elite status, DO NOT HIRE STEVE ALFORD!!! For one Mike Davis has a better record than Alford, so that would just be taking a step down. Mark Few is the man! Just take a look at his record. In all of his 7 years as head coach at Gonzaga he have had a season where he didn't win at least 24 games... with an average of 26.8 wins per season... that my friend, is remarkable... Don't hire an alum, because frankly none are worthy of the position.
