a few of my favorite things...

as of late i have been rediscovering a few of my favorite things... some silly, some more meaningful...

i love the chronicles of narnia... i am super stoked for the upcoming movie...

i love my blog. it's not that i haven't liked it in the past, it's just that as of recently, i've realized what a huge release it has been. i could care less about the amount of people who read it. don't get me wrong... i am glad that people do read this, but that's not what it's about really... it's more or less about expressing any particular emotion that i am having on any particular moment and venting that emotion into something. it's a lot like songwriting. it's a brief look into my messy life. and extremely personal. it's been over a year and 2 months since i wrote my first blog entry... it simply and fittingly stated "I'm so emo i could cry..."

i am a sucker for pop/punk influenced bands that sing about girls... haha... even if i am not having any feelings for any one girl... i can still get into it...

i love my fish... i never would have guessed how fulfilling it has been to have stupid fish swimming around in a glass cage in my room... i love giving them weird names... (shout-out time!!!) freddy fredrickson! jupiter! volta! contra! treebeard! puddleglum! nine passed on earlier this week and was replaced by puddleglum, a very manic depressed green spotted puffer-fish.

i love my dvr... i am thinking of naming it...

i love that i have few close friends... i care about all of them... there is something to be said about people with a few close friends instead of a lot of distant ones... i don't know what needs to be said, but i bet it's wise... i love that i don't talk to a lot of those friends on an extremely consistent basis, but no matter how long it has been, we pick up where we left off...
